When I went to pick up another roll of Pillsbury pizza dough, I realized that there were two different kinds. The first I had used was for THIN crust, although it was plenty thick for me. They have a kind that is "great for think crust" too, so of course I had to try both. Surprisingly, it seems like the thick crust is a little bit lower in stats too, which made sense when I saw it was much smaller.
I wanted a more traditional pizza this time so I opted to top it with roasted garlic marinara, fat-free shredded mozzerella cheese and turkey pepperoni. I once again folded over the crust and brushed it with garlic-infused olive oil as well as topped it with a little shredded parmesan. I kinda wish I had left the crust lie flat this time because it got GIGANTIC, but I dipped it in some marinara like a breadstick and it all balanced out.
BONUS: I was able to control myself and only eat half of it this time. :)
