This was my attempt to recreate some really great fried rice I had at work. I based it off a recipe I found online, but made my own tweaks (added water chestnut and a little hoisin sauce, subtracted the peppers). It turned out alright. In the future, I'll use less soy sauce (or try and find the low sodium kind) because it turned out a little salty. Other than that, it was great. Plus, it makes tons and warms up great in the microwave, so it's great to portion out and take to work for lunch.
