This meal has been a staple of my mission to shed some weight before my upcoming trip to Costa Rica. It is so simple to throw together, which I perfect for when I come home from the gym after working all day AND it doesn't undo the work I did at the gym. Plus, it tastes great.

Ingredients
Tortillas (Any kind you prefer)
Fat free cheddar cheese (It's really actually good!)
Deli sliced turkey
Fat free sour cream

Spray a pan with non-stick, calorie free spray and place one tortilla down. As it heats, cover it with a handful or 2 or cheese, layer some turkey on top and cover with a second tortilla. Let the cheese melt enough to stick, then flip the whole thing to get both sides toasty. Plate, cut in to fours (a pizza cutter is the fastest way) and cover with the sour cream. Enjoy!
