S'mores Panini

A few months ago, my friend Bobbi and I had a girl's night at D.O.C. wine bar. All of the food we sampled was delicious, but what really stole our hearts was what they called a "s'mores panini": peanut butter, chocolate, and marshmallow fluff melted and pressed inside a croissant. Not healthy by any means, but SO. GOOD. Of course, I had to try and recreate it at home. I came pretty close and with a few more tries, I think it would be perfect.

Ingredients:

Store bought mini croissants

Hershey's chocolate bar

Peanut butter

Jarred marshmallow fluff

The construction is pretty self explanatory, and the proportions are up to personal taste. Just spread the peanut butter and fluff on one side of the panini, place a few bars of the chocolate on top (I think I went with 2) and press in either a George Forman or a sandwich maker, depending on what you have available. I'm sure it would work in a frying pan as well, but you wouldn't get those "panini" type lines.
