Some may say (well, one person says) I may be obsessed with Pillsbury crescent roll dough (reduced-fat, of course). In reality, I just find it really easy to work with and I'm really not up to making my own dough yet. Not quite.
This time, instead of swiss and cranberry preserves, I dressed my chicken up with a sliced of cheddar and some leftover (already cooked, well, as cooked as it will get for me) turkey bacon from the night before, with some fat free ranch on the side for dipping. It could have been better because I slightly undercooked it but I'd make it again.
